More About Caitlin

Caitlin Burnett is a wife, mother, Registered Nurse and FertilityCare Practitioner of Natural Family Planning (NFP) in the greater Denver area. She has worked as a nurse in pediatrics, labor/delivery and postpartum since 2004. Her favorite aspect of nursing has always been the compassionate emotional support of her patients through education to help people know more about their own bodies. This love of education has led her to find a true passion for teaching both Creighton Model and Marquette Methods of NFP. Teaching NFP to over 500 couples Caitlin has earned her reputation as a trusted provider and has confidence dealing with the most unique and challenging cases.

In her free time, Caitlin has a passion for researching and learning more about Saint John Paul II’s Theology of the Body (TOB) and how God’s wonderful plan for us is reflected in our own bodies and especially through human sexuality. She co-leads a high school girls group to educate about the beauty and wonder of God’s design of our integrated beings.  In addition, Caitlin is poised to start educational programs at both St. Mary’s Parish in Littleton and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Denver. These programs are not only about NFP, but about how to truly find the beauty even in the midst of the sacrifice NFP calls us to in marriage and how to teach our children about the wonderful way they are made within the context of TOB.

Caitlin likes to say that NFP really can be used by anybody; married couples, singles, couples struggling with fertility and those who are prayerfully abstaining. Caitlin’s foundation in nursing, zeal for education and passion for the Theology of the Body are just a few of the reasons that she has become one of the most trusted advisors in the great Denver area.
